4. Session Booking Requests

This Site allows you to submit requests for sessions with ANYA. Submission of a booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment or a binding agreement for services. A session is confirmed only upon our express written or electronic confirmation.We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion. Availability, eligibility, and session details will be communicated through direct follow-up after your request is received. Any services provided following a confirmed booking will be subject to a separate service agreement or intake acknowledgment, which may include additional terms, waivers, and health disclosures. That agreement will reiterate that ANYA™ services do not constitute medical care and that participation is voluntary.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using this Site or submitting a session booking request, you acknowledge and agree that:

ANYA is not responsible for any physical, psychological, or emotional responses that arise during or after participation•You have consulted, or have chosen not to consult, a qualified healthcare provider prior to participation, and that choice is yours alone
No content on this Site creates any professional healthcare relationship of any kind
